Our authentic Cajun & Creole 5-course tasting menus rotate weekly, running Tuesday through Saturday at Chef Nola’s discretion — shaped entirely by seasonal availability and the freshest artisan ingredients she sources.
There are no fixed day-of-week assignments. Each Residency’s menu is a curated expression of what is peak, pure, and purposeful in that moment. Premium seafood and poultry take center stage — always pork-free, beef-free, seed-oil-free, and nut-free.
