Velvet Vault Sanctuary is a private, invitation-led culinary residency. Review the details below, then read the Sanctuary Standard before applying.
Is Velvet Vault Sanctuary a restaurant?
No. It is a private culinary sanctuary and an immersive Cajun & Creole residency.
Do you accept reservations?
We do not accept reservations. Entry is strictly by approved Digital Residency Key application only.
How many guests attend?
Each evening is strictly capped at 20 VIP guests.
What are the operating hours?
Tuesday - Saturday | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Sunday and Monday are closed.
When is the grand opening?
The grand opening is September 29, 2026. The Visionary Series pre-launch ends September 22, 2026.
Where is the Sanctuary located?
Velvet Vault Sanctuary is in St. George, Utah. The address is provided after access is granted.
How do I gain access?
Submit the Digital Residency Key application. Our concierge team personally reviews each profile, and approved guests receive access instructions.
What is The Visionary Series?
It is a five-course introductory dinner experience curated by Chef Nola before the grand opening — an intimate first passage into the Sanctuary.
How do I apply for The Visionary Series?
Use the clickable Reserve Your Visionary Seat link in the pre-launch window or on The Visionary Series detail page to open the Google Form.
What cuisine is served?
The rotating menu is rooted in authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine and Southern traditions, interpreted through Chef Nola’s seasonal curation.
How often does the menu change?
Five-course tasting menus rotate weekly, Tuesday through Saturday, at Chef Nola’s discretion based on seasonal availability and artisan ingredients.
What dietary standards guide the menu?
The menu is pork-free, beef-free, seed-oil-free, and nut-free. All dietary restrictions must be noted on your application.
Are mocktail pairings available?
Yes. Luxury Mocktail & Botanical Elixir Pairing Add-On $25-$45 Per Person (Available At Chef's Discretion).
Is alcohol served?
No. Velvet Vault Sanctuary is a non-alcoholic venue. Outside beverages are not permitted.
What should I wear?
Elevated evening attire is required. Dress-code details are shared with access confirmation.
May I use my phone inside?
No. The Sanctuary is phone-free so every resident can be fully present. Photo keepsakes of your evening are provided.
Is the Sanctuary suitable for guests under 21?
No. Velvet Vault Sanctuary is a 21+ experience.
What is the Velvet Key Society?
It is the formal invitation stage of the Provenance Journey, with a physical gold key, priority booking, Vault buyout access, private concierge support, and LouiseAnna VIP after-hour events.
Can I request a private or custom experience?
Yes. The LouiseAnna VIP Experience is the bespoke event-design division for custom experiences, buyouts, and discerning private occasions.
