Residency Policies
Velvet Vault Sanctuary is a private, invitation-only culinary residency in St. George, Utah. We do not accept reservations, walk-ins, public bookings, or a public waitlist. Entry is by approved Digital Residency Key application only.
Residencies operate Tuesday - Saturday | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and are capped at 20 VIP guests per evening. The experience is 21+, phone-free, non-alcoholic, and illuminated by rechargeable touch lamps at every table. Elevated evening attire is required. The address is provided after access is granted.

Terms Of Use
By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to provide accurate information and to respect the Sanctuary’s access, attire, age, phone-free, no-outside-beverage, and guest-conduct protocols.
Application review does not guarantee admission. Access, invitations, experience details, dates, menus, and availability may change as the residency evolves. All website content and trademarks belong to LouiseAnna Hospitality Group, LLC.
03 · Payment Agreement
Pay What The Experience Is Worth
Velvet Vault Sanctuary honors a “Pay What The Experience Is Worth” model. The value reflects the five-course journey, Chef Nola’s culinary direction, premium seasonal ingredients, curated pairings, intentional hospitality, and the intimate culinary sanctuary dining space.
A $100 Non-Refundable Deposit via Square is required once experience details are confirmed by the concierge. Payment instructions are shared directly. Submitting an application does not itself create a charge or reservation.
04 · Confidentiality
Confidentiality Clause
The Sanctuary is designed as a private, phone-free environment. Guests are expected to protect the privacy of fellow residents, the concierge team, Chef Nola, and the details of the evening.
Do not record, publish, or share another guest’s identity, image, conversation, application information, address, or private experience details without explicit permission. Official photo keepsakes are provided by the Sanctuary when available.
05 · Refunds
Refund Policy
The $100 deposit is non-refundable. If an approved experience is rescheduled by the Sanctuary, the concierge will communicate the available next steps. Any additional cancellation, transfer, or payment terms are disclosed before payment is requested.

06 · Guest Agreement
Presence, Conduct & Access
Guests agree to arrive on time, honor elevated evening attire, keep phones stored away, refrain from outside beverages, and help preserve a calm, respectful environment for every resident. Disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or disrespectful conduct may end access without refund.
Velvet Vault Sanctuary is 21+ only. The menu and service are strictly pork-free, beef-free, seed-oil-free, and nut-free. All dietary restrictions and allergies must be noted on the application; the concierge will confirm what can be accommodated.

Read Before Applying
We are unapologetically serving Cajun & Creole cuisines and Southern dishes. Menus rotate weekly at Chef Nola’s discretion and may change based on seasonal availability and the freshest artisan ingredients. Premium seafood and poultry take center stage.
