Dianna Grant, known professionally as Chef Nola, is a visionary entrepreneur, professional chef, author, public speaker, and life and business strategist. She is the founder and leader behind LouiseAnna Hospitality Group, LLC.
Chef Nola was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and raised in Mississippi. At 17, she left Mississippi to return to New Orleans, where she lived until 2012. That journey through Southern and New Orleans traditions continues to shape her culinary point of view and her hospitality standard.
She brings heartfelt New Orleans flavors to St. George, Utah, with her strict no-pork, no-beef standard and eco-friendly practices.
Chef Nola has 3 Adult Children, 3 Bonus Adult Children, and 3 Grandchildren. Her mission remains unshakeable: “Putting the South in Ya Mouth & Restoring Hope.” #TeamTrustGod
